By accessing or using StudyBridge AI ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, educators, and school administrators.
StudyBridge AI provides an educational platform including AI-powered tutoring, homework tracking, note-taking, flashcards, quiz generation, study guides, and disability education resources ("Ability Hub"). The Service is intended for personal educational use.
The Service is available to users of all ages. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). By creating an account, parents or guardians of users under 13 confirm they have provided this consent. Schools using the Service on behalf of students represent that they have obtained appropriate parental consent where required.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Free plan limits (AI calls per month) reset on the first of each calendar month. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. You acknowledge and agree that:
